Following a career in Human Resources where he was HR Director at two large multinationals, Guy took the plunge 20 years ago and has successfully run his own business ever since.
Over the last twenty years Guy has worked as a consultant, interim manager, coach, trainer and project manager. His work has taken him around the world.
A published author and father of two GenZers, he is passionate about helping young people successfully integrate into the world of work as he thinks they have the skills and mindset to transform the planet.
