We run bespoke GenZ ‘awareness’ and ‘skills’ workshops.
Our three awareness workshops range from two hours to one day and focus on the new GenZ workforce and what this means for an organisation. Every workshop will equip attendees with knowledge about this newest cohort, what makes them different, what this means for managers and the organisation, and a range of practical hints and tips. The longer workshops, depending upon the needs of the organisation, provide greater insight into how to attract, develop and motivate GenZers and an opportunity to begin crafting policies and processes that support the integration of GenZers into the organisation. Our two skills workshops cover communicating with, and managing GenZers. One day each, they cover topics such as technology, credibility and trust, face-time and creating a ‘purpose’. Full of hints and tips, these highly interactive workshops give attendees the opportunity to practice new skills. See here for further detail
We have created a unique development approach based on the latest research and over thirty years of delivering learning programmes.
Workshops are one plus a half, that is, one initial day followed by a half day follow up.
Our GenZ learning approach has five stages and is known as CODER. What makes it unique is that, once the organisational Context is agreed, attendees take greater responsibility, supported by the facilitator. The attendees confirm the Objective, undertake research (Discover), share (Exchange) with the group before agreeing follow up (Reinforce) and next stages. Not only does this support GenZers natural desire to take personal responsibility, it also allows them to undertake their own learning via technology and conversations with key stakeholders.
The follow up half day will follow the same format but with the majority of time spent on Exchange and Reinforce.
